Job Title: Asset Protection Specialist - Fashion

Work Form: On-site Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000-£45,000 depending on experience + holiday + store discount (pro-rata)

Our client is a huge designer fashion and lifestyle retailer who puts their B2C customer first, aiming to provide them a positive and memorable experience. They are looking for a full-time Asset Protection Specialist - Fashion to join their outlet in West London.

The successful Asset Protection Specialist will help deliver their goal of keeping their customer, associates, and assets safe. Experience of being in a customer facing role, within a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.

How your day-to-day looks like:

• You will be supporting a positive customer experience within our stores by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at our entrance doors. You will be focused on deterring loss on the salesfloor whilst acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• You will work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and together you will aim to deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
• You will need to demonstrate your ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• You will also be self-motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.

Skills required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent English speaker (any additional language is a plus!)
• Previous experience in Retail, Fashion, FMCG, and Lifestyle brands are essential
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Team Leader, Client Service, Account Management or Human Resource is a must
• Strong soft skills and inter-personal skills is a must
• Security officer, public safety, asset protection specialist or loss prevention experience or anything similar is a major plus (training provided)
