Central London

£55'000 - £85'000 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Medical & Dental + 25 Days Holiday

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative renewable energy specialist where you will work on prestigious projects and play an integral part in the success of the business.

This multifaceted organisation are currently thriving within the renewable market, specialising in the development, delivery and asset management of utility-scale energy storage projects. They have the expertise and capability to deliver scalable projects efficiently and effectively, with plans to supply over 1GW of projects within the UK market. As a result, they now wish to grow their Asset Management function to facilitate future success.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and successful operations of utility scale battery storage sites. This will involve taking ownership of the operational budget, producing maintenance schedules, managing reactive maintenance with O&M contractor, liaising with contractors and manufacturers for technical support, collecting and interpreting asset performance data and reporting findings to all relevant stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an asset management role, or a similar position where you have been responsible for monitoring the quality and maintenance of large complex infrastructure (i.e. rail, LNG etc). You will need an analytical mindset, excellent problem solving ability and a passion for renewable energy.

The Role:
*Oversee and manage operations of utility scale battery storage assets
*Ownership of operational budget
*Produce maintenance schedules
*Manage reactive maintenance with contractors
*Collect and interpret performance data and produce reports on findings
*Liaise and collaborate with contractors, internal teams, key stakeholders
*4 days a week in Central London office, and occasional site visits

The Person:
*Experience as an Asset Manager, or a strong background monitoring the quality and maintenance of large complex infrastructure
*Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (electrical, mechanical etc)
*Analytical mindset
*Excellent ability to problem-solve
*Adaptable and pro-active approach to work
*Able to commute to Central London, and flexibility to travel to sites when needed
