Asset Management Surveyor
Atkinson Moss have been engaged by a leading Investment & Asset Management organisation to assist with the appointment of an Asset Management Surveyor. In applying for this role, candidates should be aware that the company is looking for someone with a MRICS qualification and 2-3 years post qualification experience, as well as the aptitude and drive to progress their career further with the business.
Location: Norwich
Salary: Up to £40,000, plus Car Allowance, Bonus Scheme

Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, the Asset Management Surveyor will be responsible for managing a portfolio of asset. The portfolio contains a mixture of buildings/land with a variety of sectors including office, retail, industrial and residential. The team manages a diverse portfolio of commercial assets for private clients, based both in UK and overseas.
As the Asset Management Surveyor, you would be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will be responsible for ensuring the assets are:
- Managed to the very highest standard
- Clean, safe, secure and in repair
- Providing an exceptional customer experience
- Provide a high-quality client service that is market-leading and competitive in the market
- Operating with good value service charges
The Asset Management Surveyor will:
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Ideally qualified to MRICS, or working towards this
- Be personable with established client-facing capabilities
