Title - Asset Management Co-ordinator

Salary - £26,500

Location - Preston (Hybrid)

Role Summary:

Supporting the Head of Asset Management, this role assists in valuations, disposals, and portfolio analysis. Key objectives include aiding decision-making on collateral values, supporting asset disposal, and contributing to projects like portfolio revaluation and monthly reporting.

This role offers significant growth potential, as the individual will progressively play a pivotal role in decision-making, advising the business on asset suitability, risk appetite, and asset re-marketing/disposal strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support senior team members in asset management.
  • Aid in revaluation and portfolio analysis, including monthly reporting.
  • Manage team work-flow efficiently.
  • Assist in asset-related training for wider staff.
  • Collaborate closely with all levels of staff, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and strong communication skills.
  • Maintain commercial understanding to manage asset-related risks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
  • Desired: Relevant qualifications, broader financial services exposure, and a valid UK driving license.
  • This role is pivotal in coaching and developing the Asset Management team and will evolve into a key decision-making position regarding asset suitability, risk appetite, and re-marketing/disposal.
