**Job Description:** 

As an Asset Maintenance Manager at Anglian you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our manufacturing assets, including equipment, machinery, and facilities. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all assets are operating efficiently, safely, and reliably to support our production processes. 

**Key Responsibilities:** 

  • Manage team health and safety ensuring a zero accident mentality. 
  • Co-ordinate and implement a business wide Asset care plan. 
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance. 
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and prolong asset lifespan. 
  • Supervise maintenance teams and contractors, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed to high standards. 
  • Manage maintenance budgets, forecast expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. 
  • Implement asset condition monitoring programs to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. 
  • Analyse performance metrics and provide reports to management. 
  • Develop the skills of the Asset care team and act as standard setter. 
  • Responsible for the co-ordination and completion of minor projects. 
  • Strong liaison with other site functions to ensure satisfactory outcomes. 

**Qualifications:** 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. 
  • Proven experience or equivalent qualification in asset maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, techniques, and technologies. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
