Job Description: Our company is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Assembly & Workshop Technician to join our team in the vibrant city of Didcot. As an Assembly & Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and repairing various mechanical and electrical components used in our products.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Performing assembly and disassembly tasks on mechanical and electrical systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting, and testing of components to identify faults and provide necessary repairs.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and provide feedback on product improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all activities, including repair logs and preventive maintenance records.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles. Previous experience in assembly and maintenance of complex systems is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for this position.
