Provectus Recruitment are currently looking for an Assembly Technician to join a leading high-precision sensor-based technology manufacturing business in Ely.

This business offers a clean, modern & relaxed working environment, as well as access to excellent quality tooling and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assembling components onto sub and final assemblies ensuring all parts are fitted correctly to the drawings and work instructions provided. This will include fitting PCBs loading the required firmware, electrical wiring and testing, function testing and some pressure testing.

Required Skills

• Self-motivated and desire to work to a very high standard of quality
• Flexibility to adapt to varied nature of work and workload
• Good manual dexterity for intricate assembly work
• Soldering and Crimping experience
• Accurately complete build records
• Carry out occasional fault diagnosis
• Identify and communicate process improvements
• Full product training will be given to the successful candidate.
