MDH are looking for an Assembly Operative to join our clients advanced manufacturing site in Coatbridge.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, with a weekly rotating shift pattern of day and back shift with a half day every Friday.

Hours of Work:

· Dayshift : 6am-2pm £11.40 per hour. Weekly Paid

· Backshift: 2pm-10pm £13.56 per hour. Weekly paid

**You need to be able to work both dayshift and backshift on a weekly rotating basis**

No weekend work and overtime available at enhanced rates.

As a Production Operative your duties will include manning machinery to oversee the production process, conducting quality checks and testing products to ensure in line with company standards, accurately recording production data and maintaining a clean, hazard free working environment.

Previous skills and experience:

  • Manufacturing background
  • Comfortable with basic numeracy
  • Problem solving
  • Good dexterity, hand eye coordination and attention to detail

Experience in soldering or electronics would be a big plus, but we are keen to hear from you if you come from production / manufacturing background, as full, and ongoing training will be provided.

For this role you must be able to pass a Disclosure / Criminal background check.
