This position requires you to work 12-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday

• 6:00am - 18:00pm, Monday - Thursday (12-hour shifts)

MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious manufacturing company within the Gateshead area.

The Job You’ll Do;

We are looking for candidates with production / manufacturing experience. The role would see you carrying out general duties such as including machine operating, quality inspection, overseeing the machine process and preparing orders for delivery. Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor

• To help prioritise workloads within the department / designated production area
• Operating and overseeing machinery
• Running machinery assisting with the overall production process
• Quality inspection of products and reporting product defects
• Manual Handling with heavy lifting
• Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times

About You;

• Previous experience in a production / manufacturing environment
• A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job
• Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary
