Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Salary:
?£11.52ph

As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet our exceptional standards. You will be responsible for assembling different components and parts, following strict guidelines to accurately complete each unit. As part of our team, you will enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment, where your ideas and expertise will be valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components and parts according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform regular maintenance on equipment and report any issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Assembler or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in assembly work.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
