Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Watford, Greater London.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £40k + Training + Benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join an industry leading Asbestos Consultancy in the South of England. You will be working on Commercial, Domestic, Local Authority, Healthcare and High Security sites, conducting the full range of surveying and analytical duties, ensuring work complies with HSG 248 / HSG 264 Guidelines. Due to the nature of the role, consideration will be given to Asbestos Surveyors and / or Analysts. Our client can offer further training for other Pcert modules, company pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, life insurance and private healthcare.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, Slough, Hertford, Stevenage, Cheshunt, Harlow, Bentwood, High Wycombe, Reading, Oxford, Bishop's Stortford, Aylesbury.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 is essential to the role.
" Will be able to demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of HSG 248 / HSG 264 guidelines.
" Will communicate with colleagues / clients professionally.
" Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
" Undertaking management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Sampling of ACMs.
" 4 stage clearances.
" Leak, background, re-occupation, smoke, and personal air testing.
" Bagging and labelling ACM samples prior to sending samples for analysis.
" Ensuring work complies with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Undertaking visual re-inspections upon completion of work.
" Providing clients with re-occupation certificates.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce detailed reports.
