Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst .
Location: Guildford, Surrey.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £40k + Training + Benefits
We are working with a leading Asbestos Management company who are now looking to recruit a Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. The successful candidate will hold a combination of the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications. You will be working on Local Authority, Commercial, Domestic, Healthcare and High Security sites, conducting the full range of surveying and analytical services working in line with HSG 248 / HSG 264 guidelines. Our client has multiple positions available and will consider applications from Asbestos Surveyors and / or Analysts. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Woking, Reigate, Crawley, Horsham, Bracknell, Haslemere, Basingstoke, Alton, Winchester, Eastleigh, Petersfield, Croydon, Epsom, Dartford, Maidstone, Tonbridge, Gillingham, Canterbury, Gravesend.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold a combination of the BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or equivalent RSPH).
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 248 / HSG 264 guidelines.
" Able to communicate efficiently and will be familiar with TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
" Conducting 4 stage clearances.
" Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Leak, background, re-occupation, smoke, and personal air testing.
" Visual re-inspections upon completion of work.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work
" Carrying out audits on site.
" Working in accordance with HSG 248 / HSG 264 guidelines.
" Producing detailed reports based on site findings using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Providing clients with re-occupation certificates.
Alternative Job titles: Asbestos Analyst, Surveyor / Analyst, Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Asbestos Consultant.
