Prospero Teaching are looking for an Art Teacher starting Immediately to start at this Ofsted Good, mixed, secondary school in Watford

ABOUT THE SCHOOL AND ART TEACHER ROLE:
· We are looking for an Art Teacher to start immediately
· This is a mainstream, Ofsted Good secondary school
· Art teacher
· The Art department is made up of several Good Artists, a Subject Lead and teachers, and an Art technician!
· Full-time teaching position including planning and marking.

ABOUT THE SUCCESSFUL ART AND DESIGN TEACHER:
· Qualified Art teacher - UK or Overseas Art teacher
· Experience teaching Art at GCSE would be great
· You should ideally hold a teaching qualification (QTS or QTLS preferred) or equivalent
· You will have excellent classroom and behaviour management
· You will be proactive and innovative with the ability to engage students in different ways

CONTRACT DETAILS FOR THE ART TEACHER POSITION:
· Location - Watford, Outer London
· Position - Full-Time Art Teacher
· Type of work - Art teacher in a secondary school
· Start date - asap
· Contract type - long term
· Duration / Likely Duration - Immediately - July 2024
· Full time/part time - Full time 5 days
· Minimum rate of pay - GBP190 per day dependant on your pay scale

· Lots of energy and enthusiasm
· The ability to engage and motivate students whilst making learning fun
· Excellent communication skills - the school encourages good communication with parents / carers
