Responsibilities:

  3. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering student participation and mutual respect.
  4. Differentiation: Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring all learners can access the material.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to plan cross-curricular activities, share best practices, and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
  6. Extra-Curricular Activities: Encourage student participation in Art-related clubs, competitions, and events.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a recognized teaching qualification in Art. 
  2. Subject Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Art concepts and the ability to convey them effectively.
  3. Passion for Education: Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to student success.
  4. Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues.
  5. Adaptability: Be flexible in responding to student needs and adjusting teaching methods as required.
  6. Safeguarding Awareness: Understand and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
