Qualifications & Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Specialization in Art & Design or relevant subject area.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 students.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
