Area Sales Manager
  • Location: Middlesbrough (Coverage across the North of England and Scotland up to Glasgow)
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + competitive bonus scheme
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our client's customer base across the North of England and Scotland. If you are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for success and a proven track record, this role is your next challenge.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Oversee sales activities within the designated territory, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Provide accurate reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Deliver product presentations and training to clients and staff, enhancing product knowledge and sales potential.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, with a preference for those who have served as an Area Sales Manager.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
