Job Title – Area Sales Manager

Location – Scotland 

Salary – £44k - £48k / annum

Package – OTE £65k+ / Hybrid Car / Full Training Scheme


The Role:


This is an excellent opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join a market leader and large national company who sell temporary access solutions into a range of end users. These include: Construction, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Events, Civils, Rail and more. Main parts of the role involve:

  • Supporting and driving growth by actively promoting all products and services.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer demands are met.
  • Achieve budgeted levels of revenue in a profitable and professional manner.
  • Implement a territory sales strategy which focuses on increased customer penetration.
  • Identify additional sustainable revenue opportunities through business development activities.
  • Offer technical advice and consultation with new and existing clients.
  • Account manage existing Customer base to ensure that Customer experience is positive and any issues are owned and resolved as and when required.


Required Skills / Qualifications:


  • Experience selling a technical product out in the field.
  • Solid field sales experience 5+ years.
  • Understanding of technical drawings would also be beneficial.
  • Proven sales results and a strong motivation to develop their career. 
  • Full driving license / Full product training will be given as well as continuous support.
