Area to be covered: South East

South London, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West & East Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands

Remuneration: £45,000 negotiable + £8,000 - £9,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Building Envelope Systems will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of thermal insulation, acoustic flooring, membranes and gas protection products
• All of your time will be spent selling to a mixed route to market via builders merchants, merchants, distributors, stockist, hosuebuilders, local authorities, housing associations, engineers, contractors
• Will deal with architects and specifiers however a much smaller element
• Dealing with order values ranging from £5k -£100k depending on size and scope
• Inheriting a successful territory
• Will be required to conduct regular CPD’s
• Will work closely with internal team and other members of the sales team

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Building Envelope Systems with:

• Must have construction field sales experience selling building products
• Sold to builder merchants
• Must have genuine desire to learn and expand your career
• Numerate and IT literate ideally degree level education
• Genuine hunger, desire to achieve goals and an analytical approach
