Area to be covered: National (ideally based Centrally however open)

Remuneration: £45,000-£60,000 (depending on experience) + 1% commission based on turnover

Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid / electric company car + full benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals will involve:

• Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of building chemicals & products such as: construction chemicals, sealants, adhesives, coatings, aerosols, spray paints,
• Targeting UPVC fabricators, window & doors manufacturer and UPVC distributors
• A smaller element of your role will be spent selling to distributors via: independent merchants, builders merchants and retailers
• New role therefore turnover target will be established subject to experience
• Average order values can range from £1k - £10k +

The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager - Building Chemicals with:

• Must have sold building chemicals such as: sealants, adhesives, coatings, aerosols, foams and spray paints
• Open with route to market however preferable if you’ve sold to the UPVC industry
• Proven results and driven to achieve
• Excellent communicator
• IT Literate
