AREA MANAGER | LONDON & NORTH

ABOUT:

  • Studios in both London and Swansea and is one of the very few UK brands with its own pattern room.
  • Stores throughout the UK, concept stores around the world and online

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive strong leadership across your stores, working with the Store Managers to ensure operational success, retail standards and brand strategy are met and exceeded.
  • Lead the business strategy across 10 DOS and support new store opening program.
  • Mentor, Coach & Train team to achieve commercial targets and store objectives.
  • Foster a happy and positive environment where people can flourish.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous Multi Site Management is essential, Area Manager or City Manager.
  • A strong connection to people with a supportive management style.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to communicate efficiently, a positive mindset and can do attitude.
  • Drive and determination to succeed and integrity to the brand and values are key.
