Within each future retail space, ear piercing professionalism will be available alongside styling advice and the latest on-trend collections of fine jewellery. The promise in-store will be pitched to delight & surprise what is fashionably current & possible, with the advantage of artisans able on-site to bespoke finish that individual crafted look.

JOB ROLE

  • This appointment calls for thoroughbred retail management professionalism. Initially this remit will require an awareness of the challenges of being involved in a new store opening.
  • Reporting to the senior management team, you absorb personal responsibility well and thrive on the opportunity for self-advancement that this offers.
  • Ability to orchestrate those around you to not only comply but strive to heighten best client outcomes.
  • Constantly able to evaluate team opportunities, able to predict known client service / operational pressures and ever have a support plan ready to implement when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Individually you need to embrace the values and work ethics that have empowered our client to grow their market as successfully as they have.
  • It would be advantageous that you have knowledge of working with Ear Piercers & the Ear-Piercing industry and intrinsically understand this profession.
  • Radiate to all within & adjacent to your client service space - utmost efficiency & polish inspiring all whom observe as to being the new raised clientele service standard.
  • Demonstrate a level of people empathy that instils 'work with’ and 'buy-in’ to the bigger picture for all parties future advantage.
  • Importantly, have the career drive to in-part share best practice and train others.
  • The goal being that you can then move forward with a 'blueprint’ of tried and tested operational perfection ready to roll-out across many other locations
