Architectural Technologist

Our client are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their talented team based in Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist of any level to build and develop their career within a well-established practice.

The successful individual will be involved with a number of different projects across a variety of stages. This practice specialises within an assortment of sectors including Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Retail and Care. Ideally the Architectural Technologist will have a relevant degree, past experience within any of the aforementioned sectors would be advantageous, however not essential. The successful candidate should also have an excellent work ethic and high motivation. On a daily basis the Architectural Technologist will be responsible for attending site visits, drawing surveys and planning applications as well as many other responsibilities.

• Competitive salary ranging between £25,000 to £45,000 depending on experience

Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Work on a range of projects varying from both small to large scale refurbishments/new builds within a variety of sectors
• Using Revit on the daily
• Execute high quality technical drawings
• Liaise with clients and other professionals
• Resolve any problems that may arise quickly and professionally

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• Living in a commutable distance of Harrogate
• Minimum of 3+ years post qualification experience
• Relevant Degree qualified
• Proficient with Revit, is ideal
• High motivated with an excellent work ethic
• Excellent Technical ability
• Experience working the Healthcare sector would be beneficial
