Architectural Technologist

Location: Sussex

Salary: £34,000-£38,000 (dependant on experience)

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Architectural Technologist with an excellent attention to detail to join their award-winning and successful team in Sussex. The practice focuses on delivering sustainable, innovative and creative projects across all sectors whilst supporting their team and providing excellent professional development opportunities.

You must have several years experience post qualification and outstanding technical abilities to be successful in this role. You should have strong communication skills alongside a working knowledge or Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Several years of UK-based post qualification experience
  • Understanding of the current Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC Warranty Guidance and Associated Housing Standards.
  • Alongside the senior team, you will work on a range of projects from RIBA stage 4 onwards
  • Preparing working drawings and collaborating with others to provide a project in line with the client's brief
  • Technical skills that have been utilised on a range of medium and large scale projects
  • Preparing and coordinating a drawing package whilst collaborating with other consultants
  • Use of Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
