Architectural Technician

Location: Essex

Salary: £28000-£33000 (dependent on experience)

My client is looking for a motivated and creative Architectural Technician with a keen eye for detail to join their friendly team in Essex. The RIBA chartered practice prides themselves on providing innovative, client-led designs across Retail, Residential and Leisure projects. The dynamic team have exciting projects on the horizon and are excited to welcome a new team member.

The successful Architectural Technician will have strong technical abilities and sufficient experience working across retail projects. You should have an ambition to develop and grow your career whilst providing excellent design flare.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
  • CIAT Accredited or working towards, dependent on your level
  • Sufficient experience post qualification
  • Retail experience is essential
  • Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of industry standard software
  • Confidence to progress to managing projects from inception to completion
  • Keen to input to continue company growth
