Architectural Technician

Location: Harrogate

Salary: £35000-£40000 (dependent on experience)

I am looking for a motivated and passionate Architectural Technician with a keen eye for detail to join a well-established and knowledgeable team in Harrogate. The award-winning practice provides creative and innovative designs across Commercial, Industrial and Residential projects whilst delivering exceptional customer service. The team have a range of dynamic projects on the horizon and would love a talented Architectural Technician to join their team.

The successful Architectural Technician will have significant UK-based experience and strong technical abilities. You should be confident in managing a project from inception to completion whilst producing excellent technical designs. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Significant UK-based, post qualification experience
  • CIAT accredited, or working towards accreditation
  • HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Brilliant communication skills
  • Able to work with clients, stakeholders and team members
  • Manage multiple project deadlines and workload
  • Revit knowledge is essential
