I am delighted to be recruiting for an award winning, highly reputable Architecture Practice who's expert designs span a range of sectors including conservation, hotels and hospitality and education. My client is a leading practice whose culture of excellence and collaboration are portrayed throughout their inspiring, innovative and unique designs. Their 300 strong team are spread across a number of offices in the UK and with a great outlook on future projects are keen for a talented Architectural Technician to join their friendly team in Manchester.

The successful candidate will be a proficient user of Revit and have a good knowledge of BIM Protocols. They will have experience in delivering multiple projects and cultivating long lasting relationships with clients, contractors and fellow team members.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• A relevant HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
• Post qualification experience working in an Architectural Practice
• Working towards Chartership
• Strong technical abilities with Revit is essential
• Experience working on residential, commercial and ideally healthcare projects
• Confident producing tender and construction packages in Revit
• Capable at meeting project deadlines and manging workload efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive understanding of current regulations and legislations
• Ability to produce high quality detailed design drawings
• Help to manage the emergent technical team members
