Established for over 40 years, this highly regarded company offer commercial interior design and build services across multiple sectors. Their prime goal is centred around providing the best service possible and delivering specialist, bespoke results to their clients, covering the fit outs of commercial and office spaces. They have won several projects and continue to have an exciting pipeline carrying them well into 2024. They're now looking to onboard a technician to join their commercial team and facilitate the uptake of new business and manage their growing workload.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to massively contribute to a business' ongoing success, assisting on various projects in a dynamic environment, working alongside an established and experienced team. The company actively encourage the development of their staff and pride themselves on a dynamic and supportive culture.

This role would therefore ideally suit an architectural technician with good building regulations knowledge, someone who has a passion for the design and build/commercial industry who is looking for the next step in their career.

The Role:

• Collating and organising technical building information from architects
• Preparing designs using CAD software
• Working alongside senior Technicians providing support
• Site Visits
• Create functional models

The Person

• Degree qualified Architectural Technician or Construction Related Degree
• Good understanding of building regulations
• Experience using AUTOCAD
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience within the design and build or commercial construction industry
• Full UK Driving License and comfortable working hybrid from offices in Warrington.
