Konker is working with an award-winning consultancy practice that is expanding its team and is on the hunt for a talented Architectural Technician for their Bristol office!
 
This growing consultancy was established over 50 years ago and has been at the forefront of the industry for over five decades.
 
They have seven offices across the South of England and one in the North, they are a Building Top 150 consultancy offering a wide range of services including Architectural, Interior Design, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management & Building Services Engineering.
 
As an Architectural Technician at this consultancy, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple sectors, including residential and commercial development, education, social housing, industrial and much more.
 
The Bristol office was opened two years ago and is currently hiring an Architectural Technician and an experienced Architectural Technologist to join them because of an influx of new work. 
 
Why This Position: Architectural Technician 
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of projects
  • Use Revit to detail and produce 3D Models
  • Draw up existing and proposed plans,
  • Produce working drawings, building regulations, and construction information
  • Work in a relaxed working environment
The salary for this position ranges from £26,000 up to £35,000 for the right candidate along with a generous benefits package. They also have a working arrangement of four days a week in the office and one day at home.
 
To Be Considered: Architectural Technician 
  • Experience working as an Architectural Technician in the UK
  • Ability to produce technical details to a good standard
  • Live within a commutable distance of East Bristol
  • Experience working on live projects using REVIT
  • Working knowledge of working drawings, building regulations, and construction information
