Architectural Technician/ Technologist

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

I am pleased to be supporting a long-standing and RIBA Chartered practice, in a new appointment of an Architectural Technician/ Technologist. You will be joining a close-knit team of driven Architects, Technical staff, and Designers where you will be involved in a variety of projects across a variety of Residential and Commercial sectors.

With this role proficiency with the software Vectorworks would be desirable but training will be provided for the successful candidate. It would be essential to already have a couple of years post qualification experience in a UK based practice to succeed.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:

  • Ideally a few years UK based experience.
  • Excellent technical skills shown throughout your supporting portfolio.
  • Sound knowledge of the UK building regulations.
  • Experience in the Residential and Commercial sectors would be preferred.
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Support the more senior members of the team across the technical stages of projects.
  • Liaise with clients and your team.
  • Able to work to a high standard both as part of a team and individually.
