My client is searching for a talented Architect with a passion for beautiful designs to join a friendly and supportive team in York. The award winning, RIBA chartered practice has a dynamic portfolio of Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Heritage projects for clients across the UK. The practice has a reputation for providing creative, innovative designs that exceed every client's expectations.

The successful Architect will have sufficient post Part 3 experience and experience working across all RIBA stages. You should be confident leading a team and will have excellent technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered with sufficient experience post Part 3
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Confident liaising with clients, consultants and other stakeholders whilst delivering high quality designs
  • Manage multiple projects whilst delivering to project deadlines
  • Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial
