Salary: £29000-£33000 (dependent on experience)

My client is searching for a talented and motivated Architect with a keen eye for detail to join their friendly and award-winning practice in Newcastle. The RIBA chartered practice has a vibrant portfolio of Residential, Education, Heritage and Industrial projects across all scales and has a focus on providing exceptional service and innovative designs.

The successful Architect will have sufficient post qualification experience and should have exceptional technical abilities alongside the drive to develop their career. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:

  • Post qualification experience is beneficial
  • UK based industry experience
  • ARB registered
  • Great working knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Completing projects to a high standard whilst adhering to project deadlines
  • Coordinate and detail designs whilst working alongside other team members
  • Local to Newcastle upon Tyne
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
