Salary: In the region of £32000 (dependant on experience)

I am searching for a motivated and passionate Architect who boasts creative design flare to join an innovative practice in Chester. The RIBA chartered practice works across residential, education, community and retail projects and provides design services that cover all stages of a construction project. The practice has a range of dynamic upcoming projects across all scales and sectors and are looking forward to welcoming an Architect to their team!

The successful Architect will have sufficient post Part 3 experience working across all RIBA stages and should have excellent technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registered with sufficient experience post Part 3
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages.
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Previous work in the residential, community or education sectors is beneficial
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Manage multiple ongoing projects whilst delivering to project deadlines
