Salary: £30000-£38000 (dependant on experience)

My client is a dynamic, RIBA chartered practice that works across a range of sectors and scales including HospitalityEducton, Healthcare, Education and Residential projects. They are a vibrant and knowledgeable team who pride themselves on having repeat clients that consistently return for the outstanding customer service and innovative design. The practice has an exceptional reputation and is looking for a passionate Architect to join their team in Manchester.

The successful Architect will have sufficient post Part 3 experience and should be confident running projects across all RIBA stages. Ideally you will have worked on Healthcare and Residential projects previously. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • Sufficient experience post Part 3 qualification
  • ARB registered
  • Excellent understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Brilliant technical abilities and design flare
  • Good at communicating within a team and with clients
  • Confident working across all RIBA stages
  • Healthcare and Residential experience is beneficial
  • Revit knowledge is essential
