Are you an Architect or similar from a Residential / Heritage / Historic building project background looking for a dynamic and technically challenging role within a leading company where you will be an essential part on a specialist project worth over £200m where you can increase your earnings through a bonus and continually progress to senior roles?

This company are a specialist Architectural company who work with a broad range of companies across numerous sectors, they have recently won a project at a university residential accommodation worth over £200m and as such are looking to grow their friendly team.

This dynamic role will see you working within the tight-knit project team of 10 as you undertake a range of designs and project management, both on new buildings and renovations of existing building. You will work closely with stakeholders, clients and other departments as you work primarily in office with occasional site visitation.

This autonomous role would suit an Architect from a Residential / Heritage projects background looking for a varied project based role within a leading company offering flexible working and ongoing progression opportunities

The Role:
* Work on large scale residential project- both new buildings and renovations
* Create and analyse detailed architectural designs
* End-to-end project management
* Flexible working options
* Some site visitation
* Work within tight-knit team of 10

* Architect or similar
* Background in Residential / Historic Building / Heritage projects
* Commutable to Newcastle-upon-Tyne
