Our ARC Operator's

Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (12hr shifts), our team provides an intelligent response to our customers covering alarm monitoring and reactive system faults by dispatching engineers to site.

• Provide CCTV monitoring services and meet required standards and customer SLA's.
• Provide Fire / Intruder alarm monitoring services and meet required standards and customer SLA's
• Provide an Out of Hours Service Call-Out function in accordance with MFSG requirements and policies.
• To provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Complete appropriate incident reports as required.

In addition to having all the usual attributes of a great Marlowe Fire & Security employee, such as; a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented and professional at all times, ability to work alone and as part of a team..... For this opportunity, we are specifically looking for candidates who offer:

• Prior experience in working in an ARC function.
• Willingness to work shift patterns that may often include unsociable hours. Shift patterns will typically amount to an average of 42 hours per week.
• Experience of working on computers including MS Office and Windows.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• An SIA Front Line Public Space CCTV Licence is desirable

Shift patterns are based on 42 hours per week 4 on 4 (days & nights) off, you maybe required to cover our ARC based at our Head Office in Salford Quays when required.
