Approved Electrician

We are recruiting for experienced, Approved Electrician’s to work within the Southwest on a permanent basis.

You will be working with a team of multiskilled professionals to deliver the highest standard of work within the electrical installation of Commercial and Industrial environments.

Working Monday to Friday 0800-1630 with the opportunity of Overtime (Paid at a higher rate.)

Main Duties:

• To troubleshoot equipment on site.
• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning on site.
• Electrical services installations in industrial and commercial environments.
• Installation of Cable tray, ladder systems, and containments.
• Power and control cable installation and terminating.
• Installation of instrumentation cable systems and terminating.
• Installation and commissioning of equipment for industrial facilities.
• Ability to read schematics and other drawings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified approved electrician (Level 3 or equivalent) with 2 years’ time served.
• 18th Edition Qualified.
• 2391 Inspection and Testing qualified or equivalent. (JIB gold card preferred.)
• Both Industrial & Commercial Electrical experience.
• Ability to work within H&S and complete accurate & concise paperwork. (Permits)
• Must have a UK driving License (Van provided for work purposes)
• Excellent customer service skills
