Pertemps Work Based Learning is currently working with a great national training provider. We are looking for an Apprenticeship Skills Coach/Trainer on a remote basis who will be delivering across various courses including Business Administration, Customer Service and/or Digital Skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Skills Coach/Trainer
- Deliver engaging learning programs in order to support learners towards their Apprenticeship Qualification in various areas such as Customer Service, Business Administration and Digital Skills
- Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learners’ individual needs.
- Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.
- Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.
- Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
Skills, Experience and Qualifications for Apprenticeship Skills Coach/Trainer
- Hold a recognised relevant qualification
- Vocational experience within the Apprenticeship Sector
- Assessor’s Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
- Teaching Qualification is desirable, but not required (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience in delivering training and coaching sessions to apprenticeship learners in Leadership and Management/Customer Service/ Business Administration
