Showroom Design and Sales Apprentice L3 (Kitchen & Bathroom) - Milton Keynes

Looking to develop a career in design? This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with the largest independent builders’ merchant in the UK and be fully supported throughout with a great training package.

In this role you’ll learn how to create ideas & plans for kitchens & bathrooms that meet customer requirements, and you will assist in managing projects through from design to installation.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will:

• Create innovative designs using the MKM approved software
• Develop a strong working knowledge of the full MKM range
• Assist in creating quotes, chasing leads and closing sales through conversational selling skills
• Follow up sales with after care contact and act on any concerns
• Keep abreast of latest industry trends and innovations
• Working 40 hours a week

Qualifications and Skills

• You’ll need a passion for people and a flair for design
• Ability and enthusiasm to assist with the end-to-end customer journey
