About the Role:

We are seeking an Apprentice Accountant to join our team! You will gain valuable hands-on experience while also pursuing a qualification in accountancy.

As well as undergoing your AAT qualification, you will be introduced to many areas of accountancy such as book-keeping, VAT returns, year-end accounts, tax returns and payroll.

• Preparation of Limited company and sole trader accounts.
• Management of business and Self-Assessment Tax filings.
• Completion and submission of VAT returns.
• Liasing with clients and production of management reports.
• Conducting bank reconciliations and balancing sheet items.
• Undertaking bookkeeping tasks.

About You:

• Keen to pursue an accountancy qualification and an eagerness to learn
• Experience with office 365 (Excel, Word etc)
• Be able to show good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
