TOP MOST important soft skills and background:

Essential to have a Integration and API experience. It would be nice to have SAP HANNA or MS Dynamics or SAGE. If not then any ERP/CRM Background would be a 100% MUST HAVE!

• Some Experience with .NET, SQL- THIS IS not a Software Developer role. If you want to move into a Software Developer role in the future then this role offers a direct career into become a Software Developer!
• Able to be business facing and proactive
• Maintain good knowledge of Prince2 and Agile Projectment management, and apply where appropriate
• Carry out user and business requirement studies for new systems/enhancements and co-ordinate their implementation with other parties
• Ability to convert real business requirements into deliverable projects

The successful candidate is an astute technical problem solver curious by nature, has a keen concern for the satisfaction of customers, and is enthusiastic and eager to learn and explore new technologies.
