Application Support Analyst

We have partnered with an innovative engineering company in Oxfordshire to recruit an Application Support Analyst to join an established and growing team. This is a permanent role paying up to £60,000 with fantastic benefits and half day finishes on Fridays.

You will be sat in the wider ERP and Business Applications team, providing a blend of BAU support and contributing to global projects to enhance the organisation's enterprise systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Triage and troubleshoot all ERP system queries (1st to 3rd line support)
• Provide continuous improvement on all Enterprise Applications, managing change requests and drive best practice
• Deliver ad-hoc user training, designing effective documentation
• System testing upgrades and changes
• Deploy new upgrades, taking end to end ownership for the delivery of assigned work packages

About You

• Proven experience in ERP systems and processes in a manufacturing or operational environment
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in businesses and system processes
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills in ERP/MRP systems
• Good understanding of change management

• Salary up to £50,000
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
