Application Engineer (Appian, Low-code)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Birmingham office, but remote working

I am delighted to I am working with a Global market leader who are looking to grow their Low Code Application team by hiring multiple Appian specialists. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and deploying applications and solutions that meet our customers’ requirements and business objectives. As an Application Engineer, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to designing and developing innovative applications working with amazing clients including many who feature in the Fortune 500.

The client have one of their main offices in Birmingham, but role can be offered on remote basis

Day to date duties will include:
  • Develop low-code applications within Appian.
  • Become an expert in integrating and designing complex applications.
  • Analyse business problems and develop technological solutions, supporting project lifecycles.
  • Identify processes suitable for automation.
  • Work closely with the automation team to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance consulting services.
  • Engage in research and analysis, contributing to the creation of client deliverables.
Required skills or experience as the Application Developer are:
  • Proven commercial experience working with Appian
  • Programming experience, preferably with .NET, C#, VBA, or Java.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
