The incumbent will deliver exceptional primary healthcare services within the practice.

Job Responsibilities:

The nurse practitioner in general practice will provide high-quality patient care, acting autonomously with advanced clinical skills and extensive theoretical knowledge. Serving as the primary point of contact for undiagnosed patient concerns, they will conduct thorough assessments, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medication within legal and policy guidelines. Additionally, they will promote health education, maintain accurate records, and support the healthcare team through referrals and collaboration with external agencies. Administrative duties include attending meetings, managing supplies, and participating in quality assurance activities such as audits and peer reviews. The nurse practitioner will also engage in professional development, teaching, and mentoring, contributing to the ongoing improvement of practice services.
