This is a well-invested start-up that has secured new funding and has a vision to grow even further. They are a travel company, offering experiences to customers all over the globe.

WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?

With the reporting infrastructure and pipelines already established, in your role you can expect to:

• Manage a small team of analysts and further grow this out in future
• Create buy in and drive engagement with the wider team, helping to prioritise tasks
• Work with stakeholders across the business to demonstrate the value of data and where it can be used better
• Analyse data across key things like customer behaviour on the website, marketing campaign performance, customer acquisition and retention rates
• Find insights and make recommendations that will have a positive commercial impact on the business

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• Advanced SQL proficiency for data work and analysis
• Strong communication skills for sharing insights and actionable recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Management experience
• Ideally with start-up or smaller business experience in order to match the energy and culture of a start-up

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
