A great opportunity to join a leading UK lender and bank as an Analytics Manager

THE COMPANY

The business is a leading UK lender and bank with over 500,000 customers across the UK and have lent out over £6 billion since their inception in 2005. With the aim of defining a new era of banking in the UK, the business are continuing to redefine the meaning of finance for it's consumers. And joining the business as a Data Analytics Manager, you will be one of the people that inspire ideas and strategies to drive business forward and make better products for it's customers.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generating insights from data and using it to drive decision making

  • Modelling the impact of potential and recently launched features and products on customer satisfaction and financial outcomes

  • Defining and delivering savings MI, metrics and measures

  • Presenting complex MI and pulling out key insights to Savings team and senior leadership

  • Using data to support commercial decision making

  • Build deep understanding of what drives the savings market

  • Looking at key growth initiatives and key metrics

YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong SQL and data visualisation experience

  • Proven track-record in extracting data, draw insight and driving decision making

  • Strong academic background in Mathematics + STEM degree

  • Good expertise in stakeholder management

  • Financial Services expertise is desirable
