ANALYTICS ENGINEERING MANAGER

MOSTLY REMOTE - 2X PER MONTH IN LONDON OFFICE

UP TO £100,000 + BONUS

Are you an analytics engineer with a passion for gaming? Do you have experience leading a team of analytics engineers? This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company and prove your skills working with big data sets.

THE COMPANY

This company is a leading gaming company that is looking for a talented and sparky data engineer to help them push the boundaries of game analytics. To help champion this within the business, they're seeking further management within their data engineering team for management of 2-3 data engineers.

THE ROLE

• Management of 4 analytics engineers.
• Stakeholder management and communication, internal and external teams (vendors).
• Bringing in border AWS tools within the platform is preferred.
• Can be hands on but no initial requirement to do this, just need an understanding and background on doing these projects.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Gaming or Entertainment experience.
• Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching a small team of analytics engineers.
• Advanced knowledge and commercial experience with tools such as DBT, Redshift, and other AWS tools.
• Good educational background is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• A passion for gaming!

THE PROCESS

• 1st Stage - 45 minute conversation with senior data engineering manager.
• 2nd Stage - Technical stage.
• 3rd Stage - Final interview sign off.
