HYBRID - LONDON (2 DAYS IN OFFICE A WEEK)
£65,000 - £75,000 PER ANNUM.
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Analytics Engineer to join their fast-paced team.

This company is a dynamic payments start-up with a noble mission: facilitating seamless money transfers for immigrants to support their families across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and beyond.
THE ROLE
You will be at the forefront of our maturity journey, ensuring that our analytics infrastructure remains robust and future ready. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging your expertise in dbt and SQL to collaborate cross-functionally within the finance domain, addressing challenges related to treasury, markets, and revenue metrics.
- Driving improvements in our analytics capabilities, proactively suggesting ideas to optimize our use of dbt and SQL for enhanced decision-making.
- Taking ownership of key financial datasets and models, ensuring their accuracy and reliability as we expand into new markets and products.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
We're seeking self-starters with a strong background in analytics and finance, ideally with experience in tech-driven companies or FinTechs.
Please apply if you have:

- A solid understanding of finance concepts and metrics, coupled with the ability to translate data insights into business impact.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A STEM degree with a specialization in data analytics or a related field, along with a couple of years of relevant work experience.
THE BENEFITS

- A salary of up to £75,000 per annum.
