ANALYTICS ENGINEER MANAGER

HYBRID - LONDON (OCASSIONAL TRAVEL TO LONDON OFFICE)

£90,000 - £100,000 PER ANNUM + BONUS

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Analytics Engineer Manager to join their fast-paced team.

This company is a one of the worlds largest gaming companies, a pioneering company in the realm of video games, renowned for its innovative consoles and captivating gaming experiences.

THE ROLE

As the Analytics Engineering Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging our team with internal stakeholders and external partners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Stakeholder management and communication, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and vendors.
  • Oversight of the Analytics Engineering team, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication with other departments.
  • Integration of cutting-edge AWS tools into our platform, leveraging your expertise to enhance our analytical capabilities.
  • While hands-on involvement is optional, a strong background in analytics and project management is essential.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

We're seeking a candidate who embodies a blend of leadership, technical prowess, and gaming industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Familiarity with DBT, Redshift, and broader AWS platform tools such as Athena, Glue, and DataLake architecture.
  • Expertise in data migration and implementing new data modeling stacks, particularly within gaming or entertainment sectors.
  • Gaming industry experience is highly desirable, although not mandatory.
