Are you a qualified medical engineer with experience in fault finding, repairing and maintaining Anaesthesia and Ventilator related equipment looking for a more specialist role in this area or a new challenge?

This could be the role for you!

Field based in the South East and London the role will include

  • Develop and support an in-house skill set to manage specialist equipment, namely Anaesthesia and Ventilator, patient monitoring, diathermies (electro-surgery units), theatre tables, defibrillators, infusion and volumetric devices equipment etc.
  • To train if needed for first line support and mentor if required/needed identified site and field-based engineers to enable daily on-site repair, preventative maintenance and asset management of specialist medical devices within hospital locations.
  • To travel as required and develop relationships with customer representatives in this specialist area, promoting confidence and competence in the management of these technologies.
  • Perform actual servicing and repairs as needed. To develop and foster relationships with specialist medical device OEMs to both manage external service contracts as well as enhance our ability to service these devices in-house with parts, training and interventions as required.

Along with a minimum of 3 years as a biomedical engineer within the UK a full UK driving licence is absolutely essential for this role.
