Reed Further Education are currently seeking an Additional Support Assistant to provide support for students with learning needs and difficulties to ensure they succeed in their studies.
Role: ALS Assistant
Location: Walthamstow
Hours: Mon-Fri 36 hours per week
Salary: £13-£15ph per hour
Duration: Temporary ongoing (until approx. June 2024)

Reed Further Education are currently seeking an Additional Support Assistant who has experience supporting in an education setting.

The learning support assistant Role:
• Supporting learners with mild-moderate learning difficulties
• Supporting with reading, scribing, wellbeing, encouragement and motivation
• Creating and reviewing SMART goals

What the Learning support assistantwill Need:
• Previous experience supporting learners with SEN needs
• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
• Understanding of safeguarding
